Key email never arrived, or long gone? Your key isn't stored anywhere: it's derived from your order itself, so it can always be re-sent. Enter the order number and email from your receipt and we'll email the key to the address on the order.
It's the same key you were originally sent, so if you find the old email later, either one works.
The key goes to the address on the order, never to whatever this form says. That way nobody can pull your key out of this page by guessing at order numbers.
